BCU Impact report 2024

We are pleased to report on our Impact within the Bedfordshire Community.

In 2024:

  • We supported 3491 members, including 511 new members
  • We opened 142 PrizeSaver Accounts
  • We gave out 530 loans, the most popular Loan product was our Child Benefit Loans
  • We lent £517,634 to our members, mostly made up of 1% and 2% interest Loans, and our Save as you Borrow Loan
  • Our biggest impact was in the Bedford Borough wards of Cauldwell, Castle and Harpur
