Bedfordshire Credit Union is currently recruiting new directors to join its board.
Bedfordshire Credit Union is a not-for-profit community bank owned by its members offering simple, straightforward banking services. After expanding its area of common bond last year to reach new audiences across Bedfordshire, it is now seeking new people to join its Board of Directors to help grow its membership.
The ideal candidates will live or work in Bedfordshire with good local connections and care about reducing financial exclusion in the community. Experience of working with a not-for-profit organisation would be an advantage, but full training will be given.
Candidates with knowledge of finance or banking or a background in IT or law are particularly encouraged to apply.
