Join our Board of Directors
We’re looking for new Directors to help us grow in Central Bedfordshire.
Who we’re looking for:
- Live or work in Central Bedfordshire and have good local connections
- Care about reducing financial exclusion in the community
Helpful (but not required): - Knowledge of finance or banking
- Experience on a not-for-profit board
- Background in IT or law
Our board meets once a month on Zoom, with every third meeting in person in Bedford. The time commitment is about 5 hours a month.

Volunteer as a Customer Advisor
We’re looking for volunteers to help with everyday customer queries – like opening accounts, applying for loans, and handling transactions.
Experience in finance, accountancy, or customer service is helpful but not essential.
